Mort è stufo di mentire, e vorrebbe dire la verità ai suoi disadattati ma amatissimi figli, ma non riesce a gridare il suo nome: Maura. Sì, perché lo stimato professor Mort Pfefferman in realtà soffre da anni (decenni!) di disforia di genere, e solo adesso, solo ora che è libero dagli obblighi a cui tutti i padri e i mariti vanno incontro in certi momenti della loro esistenza, ha deciso di smetterla con le menzogne e di fare ufficialmente coming out: il suo nome è Maura!

| Plot: Mort has a secret that he really wants to tell his three adult children, who are so self-absorbed they don't see that something has changed for divorced, girlfriendless dad.
